Another banner quarter for your coordinator. Had the privilege of carrying the Archives message to the Jamestown Group for Bobby L's 6th birthday, The James Gang in Knoxville, on Wilma L's 28th birthday, Gardeners 36th birthday at the Crossville Group and Showed Area 64's Traveling Archives at the 9th Dist. Annual Fall Picnic. I want to thank Sam B Dist. 9 Treasurer for the display case that he gave to the Area 64 Archives in Murfreesboro.

Now for the highlight of my 35 plus years in the program, I arrived at the Millennium Hotel in St Louis MO. Thanksgiving Day for the Spiritual Homecoming. It was the 50th Anniversary of adopting our Circle and Triangle our Twelve Traditions of Unity and the anniversary of Bill W giving us the Fellowship. There is not enough time or paper to give a full report, so I will give highlights only. As best we can guess 20 to 25 people were there from Area 64. There were approximately 25 Area's, Districts and Standing Committees and Alanon with archives displays. There were over 100 tables Oklahoma led with 13 Texas had 12, with a picture of a man on the side of a bed in a light box 8x12 with real linen on the bed. Twelve steppers in suits with shoes and socks and AA #3 had on and real pajamas. St. Louis MO had 6 tables of Father Ed Dowling's works. Arkansas had 10 tables with everything preserved or restored, the only display that was correct. Bob W had all of Joe and Charlie's history archives, it was quite a show. The Archives room was open from 4 PM Thursday to Sunday AM. Arizona had something real special, Preamble, Serenity prayer, How it works and Traditions recently translated into Navajo. He also had a prescription pad for medicinal alcohol for the Native American. I had the privilege of being on a long timer panel, with Cis G. she was from Cleveland OH, and female speaker of the 1955 Convention. She was the oldest female in sobriety with 53 years. Had the privilege of attending the longest running activity in AA the 68th Alano banquet. There were 7 people with 50 plus years and 30 to 40 with 40 plus years of sobriety for the countdown. Sunday morning was very special it was at the convention center. We met 3 living Class A trustee's that served as Chairman of the board of Trustee's. They talked about how it was, what happened and what it is like today. They had a Delegate countdown. Starting with panel 54 and Milton stood. They had Delegates from panel 20 the oldest living Delegate. There were close to 100 Delegates in attendance, 30 to 40 Class A and Class B Trustee's in attendance. And Gregg M, office manager from General Service was there. There were 2 to 3 meetings every hour on the hour and it was very hard to attend them all. Now the real God Thing, I was sharing with and Alanon from Mule Shoe Texas, it was at the 1955 event at 13 years of age she read my name tag and asked what kin I was to Fred and Nita, My Mom and Dad. She knew them prior to 1960.

If you have any questions  PLEASE corner me at the assembly and I will answer any questions.

Thanks again for allowing me to serve.
