Area 64 Archives Website is a great service tool.Think of some of the possibilities.Homebound AA's might get cheered up just visiting the site online. Incarcerated members with access to computers might log on for information about our fellowship, or just to privately access our recovery associated site. Those who can't attend the Quarterly Assembly Archives Meetings can read the Newsletter, as soon as those who are priveleged to be able to attend and pick up "Our Precious Memories. [As I just did, even though I just returned from the assembly .] Keep up the great work.Milton C. DOS 06/06/85

Someday I hope to visit your Archives in person.. in the meantime I continue to be in awe of what love and service can do.. thank you all who gave the gift of your sweat and time to the Archives themselves and to this website which opens the doors to so many more of us. I'm involved in Archives work in Area 49, we are babies in our work but are loving it. Mindy M.

It still amazes me at the wealth of information we have collected for Area 64 Archives. I never knew so much history existed. I recently was in contact with GSO Archives and found out that the Paris Fellowship Group (my homegroup) was started in December of 1946. I had no idea our group was this old. How old is your group? If you don't know you can find out by asking GSO for the information or researching it at Murfreesburo. I have donated the letters of correspondence about my group to Charley who will put them in our folder at Area 64 Archives. Thanks for stirring my curiosity. Who knows what I'll find next. Keep up the great work.In His Service,Jethro B

I was told early in sobriety that my odds of surviving increased with knowledge of myself and where I came from. The Archives is an extremely important part of this process. God Bless all who make this history available and protect it for those who have not yet arrived. In service Jay D.

Please consider supporting Area 64 Archives. We need our members to help. We are fully self supporting declining outside contributions. It takes $$$ for paper, web space, pens, folders, preservation materials, mops, brooms, toner cartridges, windex, you get the idea.
