Archives Coordinator Report
Another banner quarter, the first event Dist. 9 Spring Picnic, the weather got the display, but Milton C. did a real fine job. I went to Founders Day June 10th in Kingsport . A weekend campout, There I had the opportunity to share my AA history. Ben H. gave me a 1st Edition first printing of AA comes of age. It was given to Ray D. at the 17th General Service Conference in 1967. It was signed by Dr. Jack Norris and one other member of the conference and also by our beloved Co-Founder Bill W. The book had notes written by Ray D. at the conference. Tom N. David L. and I, did a workshop in Chattanooga , it was very well attended with lots good questions. We have voice mail on our answering machine. My Phone number as instant contact for Archives, as the result I have received 3, 12 step calls. They were passed on to another trusted servant. All Calls were from the Murfreesboro area. Again we ask all groups in Area 64 to donate $2.00 a quarter or $8.00 a year so that we may remain self supporting. I'm looking forward to the upcoming NAW in Baton Rouge La. Sept. 14 thru 17. Again thanks for the opportunity to serve as your coordinator. I remain yours,
Charles M.
